SQL server fields

MySQL, PostgreSQL, and RadiatorDB database servers accept a connection URL or individual host, port, database, username, and password fields. The tls block configures encrypted connections. connections controls the pool with max, min, idle_timeout, min_timeout, and min_retry. RadiatorDB also accepts replication_host when other nodes need a different address for replication.
