Rejecting Diameter connection because the routing-domain connection limit is full

Logged when an incoming connection from the logged peer address would exceed maximum_connections, which counts incoming and outgoing connections of the routing domain together. The connection is closed without reading from it.

Check connection counts and source distribution. Remove unexpected traffic or increase maximum_connections for verified demand.
