UDP socket receive error
RADIUS UDP socket receive failed.

Logged when receiving datagrams from a RADIUS UDP socket fails. The error field describes the socket failure.
Use error and local address to check interface state, socket buffers, and operating-system
resource pressure. Isolated interrupted receives do not require configuration changes.
