A configured server became unavailable and is waiting for automatic recovery.

Logged when Radiator cannot start or reload a configured server, or when a running server becomes unavailable. Fields identify the server, lifecycle operation, and full failure reason. Radiator automatically retries the server until startup succeeds.
Check failure_reason for an unavailable listen address, socket error, or invalid referenced
configuration. Use operation to distinguish startup, reload, automatic retry, and failures of a
running server. Correct the operating system or configuration condition. Radiator starts the
server automatically when a later retry succeeds. Configure the retry cadence with
failure-retry-interval.
