Selected RADIUS attribute is malformed

Logged when a copy/filter action cannot transform the staged packet because its rules select a malformed logical RADIUS attribute. action identifies the operation, cause describes the defect and fragment_count gives its physical fragment count. Unselected malformed attributes do not cause this failure.

Inspect the sending peer, attribute encoding and the selecting copy or filter rules. Correct malformed packets rather than forwarding an incomplete logical value.
