Management HTTP request rejected

Logged when a Management API handler returns an HTTP status code from 400 through 499. These client errors indicate a problem with the request, such as invalid input, missing or insufficient authorization, or a resource that does not exist. Common examples are 400 Bad Request, 401 Unauthorized, 403 Forbidden, and 404 Not Found.

Inspect the error and correct the client request, credentials, or authorization.
