HTTP backend request timed out

Logged when an HTTP backend request or response body times out and no further request retry will be attempted. timeout gives the configured request limit; timeout_phase is request.

Compare response latency with the configured request timeout and inspect the backend's Timeouts counter. Investigate connectivity and slow responses before increasing the limit; retries add further attempts and delays.
