Forwarding malformed terminal EAP from a RADIUS backend

Logged when Radiator Server prepares an authenticated backend Access-Accept or Access-Reject for downstream forwarding with unchanged malformed EAP. Both endpoints permit forwarding and at least one selects warn.

Inspect the upstream server's EAP response. Review eap-message-validation on both endpoints to select the intended forwarding behavior.
