Diagnostic RADIUS attribute cannot be transformed

Logged when an EAP-TTLS reply transformation encounters a sensitive attribute retained only for diagnostics. The attribute field gives the wire identity of the attribute that cannot be transformed; its value is not logged.

Use authenticated, decoded reply attributes as the transformation source.
