Closing Radius TCP/TLS client connection after a reply write failed

RADIUS client connection is closing after a reply write failed.

Logged when writing a reply to a RADIUS TCP or TLS client fails. The error field describes the write failure.

Check error and the peer address. Repeated failures usually indicate client disconnects, network loss, or socket resource pressure.
