Backend server error

Logged when an LDAP backend server operation fails. Fields identify the server, connection pool state, and error. Failover may try another server.

Use error, pool_total, and pool_idle to distinguish an LDAP server or network failure from connection-pool exhaustion. Check the affected server before increasing pool capacity.
