Accepting a TACACS+ TLS client connection failed.

Logged when the TLS handshake for an admitted TACACS+ client connection fails. The error field describes the handshake failure.

Certificate or protocol mismatches cause failures from known clients. High rates from unknown sources commonly indicate scanners or hostile handshake traffic.
