TACACS+ connection timed out

Logged when no frame is received before the configured connection timeout. The timeout_ms field contains the timeout.

An occasional timeout is normal for an idle peer. A rising number of idle connections from a small set of sources can indicate a broken client or connection-exhaustion attack.

Compare timeout_ms with the client timeout and server listener timeout after checking peer and connection-count distribution.
