Retrying failover server attempt

A failover server operation will be retried on the same server.

Emission

Per-request tracing: No

Promotion: WARN

Logged when a failover server requests another attempt after the reported delay.

Check the error and server_name. Persistent retries can indicate an unavailable or overloaded backend.
