Radius TCP/TLS client sent an invalid packet

Logged when a received stream frame cannot be accepted as a RADIUS packet. The error field describes the validation failure.

Use error and packet fields to correct the client's authenticator, Message-Authenticator, or protocol profile. Repeated failures from unknown sources can indicate hostile traffic.
