Radius TCP/TLS client connection timed out

Logged when an established RADIUS stream connection reaches its configured idle timeout. The timeout_ms and reply_frames fields describe the connection state.

An occasional timeout is normal for an idle peer. A growing number of connections with few or no reply frames can indicate broken clients or an idle-connection attack.

Compare timeout_ms with the client timeout override and listener timeout after checking peer and connection-count distribution.
