Logged when reverse-request validation does not complete before its backend connection deadline. Connection and timeout fields identify the affected request.

Repeated timeouts usually indicate slow client lookup, an underprovisioned dependency used by @pre-client, or a reverse-request burst that delays validation.

Compare validation_timeout_ms with the backend server timeout and investigate slow client lookup or validation work.
