Radius backend server connection has no available correlation identifiers

Logged when a RADIUS backend connection cannot assign an Identifier or Token to another request. pending_requests shows the outstanding application requests. The sending request fails and should be retried according to backend policy.

Requests are arriving faster than this connection completes them. Rising backend Timeouts or Errors indicates a slow or unavailable backend; otherwise compare the request rate with total pool capacity.

Review the backend connection window and max only after addressing backend latency or unexpected frontend traffic.
