Radius backend min-connections connect failed

RADIUS backend minimum connection attempt failed.

Logged when a background connection attempt fails while maintaining the configured minimum RADIUS backend connections for a reason other than a DNS, TCP connection, or TLS handshake timeout. The error field describes the connection failure.

Repeated failures usually mean the backend is unavailable or DNS, routing, TLS, or local socket setup is failing.

Check the error and the backend connection min setting. Lower min only when maintaining warm connections is not required.
