Radius backend connection attempt error

Logged when a request needs a new RADIUS backend connection and the attempt fails for a reason other than a DNS, TCP connection, or TLS handshake timeout. The error field describes the failure.

Use error to check DNS responses, routing, the remote listener, or TLS configuration. Repeated attempts can also mean existing connections are saturated; review backend connection capacity.
