Closing Radius TCP/TLS connection after response authentication failed

Logged when a reverse-query response fails authentication. Radiator closes the connection; the error field describes the validation failure.

Check error, the client shared secret, and whether an intermediary altered the response. Repeated failures from one peer usually indicate a secret or protocol mismatch.
