Accepting a TACACS+ TLS client connection timed out.

Logged when a TACACS+ client does not complete its TLS handshake within the configured timeout.

Slow or broken clients can cause isolated timeouts. A rising connection rate from a small set of sources can indicate a connection-exhaustion attack.

Compare peer handshake timing with the TACACS+ listener timeout and client timeout after checking the source distribution.
