Logged when TLS negotiation with a RADIUS client fails. The error field describes the handshake failure.

Certificate or protocol mismatches cause failures from known clients. High rates from unknown sources commonly indicate scanners or hostile handshake traffic.

Check the TLS error, peer certificates, and the listener tls configuration.
