SQLite backend operation failed

Logged when a configured SQLite query or statement cannot complete. A later successful execution of the same configured operation resolves its dependency fault. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Check the attached database or mapping error. Correct the schema, query, permissions or data as indicated by that error.
