Skipped configuration backup cleanup
Old configuration backups were not removed because the deployed configuration could not be read.
Emission

Per-request tracing: No
Logged after a successful configuration deployment when the deployed configuration cannot be parsed, so its backup retention settings are unknown. No backups are removed. The deployment itself is not affected.
Inspect the error, fix the deployed configuration, and deploy again. Old backups are removed by the next deployment whose configuration can be read.
