Session authorization revoked

Management session was cleared because its user is no longer authorized.

Emission

Logged when a cookie-authenticated request refreshes stale session authorization and the http_management_authentication @resolve pipeline rejects the user. Radiator removes the session, so the user must log in again.

No action if the user was intentionally removed or lost their management group. Otherwise, check the username and why the @resolve pipeline rejected it.
