Runtime panic occurred; please report a bug

Logged when a startup or runtime operation panics, indicating an internal server bug. Component fields identify the affected work. panic_message contains the payload when it is text. panic_file, panic_line and panic_column identify the source location when available.

The shared system::Panics counter counts each reported incident once, including incidents whose log output is suppressed.

Report a bug with the Radiator Server version, panic_message, source location, component fields and surrounding server logs.
