RSA AM HTTP backend response invalid

An RSA AM response could not be decoded.

Logged when a successful HTTP response has an unexpected content type or cannot be decoded for the current RSA AM operation. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Check the response format and attached decoding error. Verify that the configured endpoint implements the expected RSA AM API operation.
