Rejecting inbound Diameter connection failed

Logged when Radiator Server rejects an inbound connection during admission and then cannot send the failure Capabilities-Exchange-Answer or close the connection. The attached error names the step that failed, and also the close failure when both failed. The rejection itself is logged as "Rejected inbound Diameter connection".

Check the attached error and the remote peer's connectivity if rejected connections remain open.
