Received unexpected TACACS+ authentication continue without pending state
A TACACS+ authentication continuation had no pending session.

Logged when an authentication continuation cannot be matched to pending TACACS+ authentication state. The error field describes the state failure.
Correct the peer session sequence. Use
protocol_error_reply only to
control whether Radiator returns an error packet.
