Linux capture statistics could not be read.

Per-request tracing: No

Promotion: WARN

Logged when libpcap cannot read capture statistics. The last counters are retained, acquisition continues, and statistics are retried at the next sampling interval.

Check the operating-system error and the configured capture device.
