Logged when a scheduled time-series partition reconciliation pass fails for the named collection on the indicated node. Other nodes are still processed and have their own diagnostic if they fail.

Inspect the attached error and the affected PostgreSQL node. Check the collection's time-series storage configuration and the node's database permissions or availability before the next pass.
