Logged when cluster disbanding cannot remove a subscription, derive its replication slot information, or remove a replication slot. The operation, subscriber, and publisher fields identify the failed cleanup; other edges are still processed.

Inspect the attached error and the indicated PostgreSQL nodes. Resolve the connection, permission, or replication problem before retrying cleanup.
