RadiatorDB backend operation failed

Logged when a configured RadiatorDB lookup or write cannot complete. A later successful execution of the same operation resolves its dependency fault. A lookup miss does not produce this event. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Check the attached error, node availability and collection definition. Repair the dependency or query identified by that error.
