OpenID Connect sign-in cancelled at the identity provider

Logged when the identity provider redirects the browser back to the oidc provider callback with an OAuth 2.0 error, for example access_denied after the user cancelled the sign-in or the provider denied access to the application. The user sees an error on the Radiator UI login page.

No action if the user cancelled. Otherwise, check the error description and the user's assignment to the application at the identity provider.
