OpenID Connect provider discovery failed

Radiator could not read the metadata of an OpenID Connect provider.

Logged after a configuration load when Radiator cannot fetch or accept /.well-known/openid-configuration of an oidc provider. The provider field names the provider. Password sign-in keeps working. Single sign-on with this provider retries discovery when a user starts a sign-in, at most once every 10 seconds.

Check the error. Verify that the issuer is exactly the issuer that the provider publishes in its metadata, including a trailing slash if the provider uses one, and that Radiator can reach the provider over HTTPS.
