NTLM helper failed

An NTLM helper could not complete an exchange.

Logged when an NTLM helper cannot start, accept a request or return a valid response. The phase field identifies the failed stage. Failures from separate workers join the same backend incident. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Check the program path, process permissions and attached error. Restore the helper and its authentication service.
