Netlogon connection setup failed

Logged when a netlogon backend cannot open a connection to the domain controller at endpoint. The failure can be in the TCP connection, the DCE/RPC bind, the machine account authentication, or the capability confirmation that follows it. The error field identifies the step. Further attempts wait for retry_after, which grows with repeated failures.

Check that endpoint is the domain controller's Netlogon TCP endpoint and is reachable. If error mentions credential verification or NetrServerAuthenticate3, check that machine_account exists and that machine_password holds its current password.
