Incident opened

Logged when an enabled, unsilenced backend incident is still open at an alert scan. The record identifies the incident's namespace, original failure, start time, severity and configured priority. An incident that opens and recovers between two scans is reported by its clearing record. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Inspect the original message and error to diagnose the affected dependency. Correlate recovery attempts using incident_id. See backend incidents.
