Incident closed

Logged when a recovered incident completes its clearing period without a new failure. The duration is the outage itself, from the first failure to recovery. The record retains the original failure, start and clear times, monotonic duration, severity and configured priority. It is logged only when an alerts block enables backend incidents.

Use incident_id to correlate the incident's opening record, recovery attempts and this closure. No action is needed for the completed incident. See backend incidents.
