Failed to store assistant conversation

Logged when Radiator cannot write an AI assistant conversation to the .radiator/assistant directory of the configuration directory. The run continues and stores the conversation again after its next step, but the latest steps are lost if Radiator Server stops before a later write succeeds.

Check the error, the permissions of the configuration directory and its .radiator directory, and the available disk space.
