Failed to reload certificate directory; reusing previous trust anchors

Automatic CA directory loading could not prepare replacement trust anchors.

Logged when the scheduled certificate directory refresh fails. The directory might be unreadable, contain an unreadable or malformed certificate file, or have no valid trust anchors. The last successfully loaded anchors remain active.

Check the logged directory and error. Restore readable, valid CA certificate files; the next scheduled refresh retries automatically.
