Failed to read shared dashboards, using an empty list

The shared dashboard presets file could not be read.

Logged when Radiator UI lists shared dashboard presets and ui-settings/shared/dashboards.json cannot be read or contains invalid JSON. Users see only the built-in and personal presets, and publishing or changing shared presets fails until the file is fixed.

Check the named file's permissions and replace invalid JSON, or restore the file from a configuration backup.
