Management HTTPS connection ended with an HTTP protocol or transport error.

Logged when the HTTP server cannot continue serving an established management HTTPS connection. Clients closing before a message completes produce a separate disconnect event.

Inspect the error and check the client identified by peer_addr for malformed HTTP or transport failures.
