Discarding unknown or late Diameter answer identifier

Logged when an answer's Hop-by-Hop Identifier matches no request waiting on its connection: the request's deadline already passed, its owner stopped waiting, it was failed over after the connection became suspect, or the peer answered twice or answered a request sent on another connection.

Use the logged Hop-by-Hop and End-to-End Identifiers to check peer response latency, duplicate answers, and connection reuse.
