Diameter native proxy request timed out

Logged when forwarding an existing Diameter request cannot obtain a peer answer within the backend action timeout. Radiator Server returns Result-Code 3002 and increments the backend timeout counter.

Check connectivity and response times for the logged server and peer group, and compare the backend's request and timeout counters. Adjust the backend action timeout when the peer's expected response time requires it.
