Diameter native proxy request state was lost
Radiator Server lost the routing state of a natively proxied Diameter request.

Logged when the routing state of a request forwarded by a Diameter backend
contradicts itself on the connection named by diameter_upstream_peer,
diameter_upstream_adjacency, and diameter_upstream_connection_id: the
connection refused a request it was selected for, or the request's pending
transaction disappeared without an outcome. This is an internal error.
Radiator Server answers the request with DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY (5012).
