Diameter initiator operation completed after its caller stopped waiting

Logged when an outbound connection attempt started on demand completes after its caller was cancelled, for example because a request timed out. The attempt is not abandoned: diameter_initiator_outcome is opened when the adjacency became Open and stays available for later requests, and closed when connection election kept the peer's own connection instead. A failed attempt is logged as "Diameter initiator operation failed after its caller stopped waiting".
