Diameter connection is suspect after a missed watchdog answer

Logged when a peer does not answer a Device-Watchdog-Request within the watchdog interval (about 30 seconds) and no other traffic arrives. As RFC 3539 requires, Radiator marks the connection suspect: it stops selecting the connection for new requests, fails over the requests waiting for answers on it, and counts one failure for the adjacency's service level objective. Any valid message from the peer makes the connection usable again; if none arrives within another interval, the connection is closed.

Check the peer's load and the network path to it. If this repeats, compare the time of the event with the peer's own logs and latency.
