Diameter authorization session transition failed

Logged when a local Diameter answer cannot update its authorization session because ownership or revision changed, session capacity is exhausted, timers are invalid, or the answer fails validation. Radiator Server returns DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY and preserves an existing session when the transition cannot commit. If answer validation also prevents the error reply, AAA reply failed reports that terminal failure instead.

Check the attached error. For capacity failures, check session creation and termination traffic and configured lifetimes before adjusting the authorization session limits. For timer failures, check the policy's Authorization-Lifetime, Auth-Grace-Period, and Session-Timeout values.
